I will NOT continue to use the all fives because they have been very unprofessional on many occassions. I and my family have used them for well over twenty years so I have a very insightful perspective. This review is based on multiple experiences I have personally encountered and the things I have witnessed. I guess in everyday busy life most people will shrug their shoulder off and continue to use them as I have as it's simply convenient however, I refuse to use a company who are slyly unprofessional, unhospitable and act wrong and strong to long serving customers such as myself. These guys drove me to the airport and I insisted on taking the M25 but was told that they needed to take the A406. I knew this way was prone to traffic but no one bothered to listen. I ended up missing my flight due to enormous traffic as predicted. This cost me hundreds of pounds and I requested for the driver to be returned to at least take me home. I was told I would have to pay for this service knowing that these guys already cost me so much money.
Wouldnt recommend using these guys. Especially on airport runs. A simple google search would have avoided all the problems but the driver

I used to use this cab firm a lot over 25 yrs ago and after and they were good, but now they've been taken over by others and they are rude, lie and disrespectful and then blame the customer. Absolutely disgusting firm.

I have used them a few times. Very reliable service. Always on time. Friendly, helpful and patient drivers. Good prices too. Great location next to Maryland railway station and a short walk from Stratford
