Excellent prompt delivery of all my goods to and from Lagos. Customer service in both locations prompt efficient and courteous. I will never use this company ever again. My goods took a month to get to the final destination. Some of the items were soaked and one bag is still missing. They took on too many orders over Christmas, and so couldn't deliver on time. Poor excuse blaming Airlines backlog! I won't recommend this company, happy to take your money but can't deliver!!

I would confidently recommend this company, been using them for ir years and I have never been disappointed. There was even a time my box broke while in transit and had to be repackaged not a single item went missing. Excellent service!!!!!

Buyer beware: I sent a parcel from Lagos on the 17th of May through MDS and according to their website, they advice that you send your parcel 2 weeks before you need them. Today is the the 2nd of June and all I have heard is unending stories. I have chased them up for update one week after sending the parcel and had been told that either customs are withholding it, or trading standards are going through the whole shipment. At some point I have been told that it had been cleared just waiting for collection (that was on Monday 27th of May)

I will give uncountless stars and more. MDS over the past few years has made it seamless. , in virtually all ramification. Satisfaction guaranteed is an understatement. And of course I do understand that in some rear occassions there could be hitches; of course there are so many logistics involved, with a good number not directly in their control. But you know why I stick with them; their professionalism
