We had a very bad experience with Sigmastart Ltd. They were very quick to chase us to pay for their very unprofessional service but very slow to deliver our cargo. The staff in their Lagos office were very unprofessional and kept on telling us lies regarding when our goods would arrive. Our goods arrived almost 2 weeks late and many items were stolen. We will be taking this matter up with the UK Trading Standards. This company are overpriced and very dishonest. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WITH SIGMASTART LTD. I would not recommend them.

Been Using Sigmacargo for about 3years now things are getting better and better, my last trip to Nigeria used them to send my goods to the UK smooth service on both sides UK/Nigeria my goods arrived before my return. The pickup man in the UK very efficient friendly and professional always on time he should be given a pay increase

Terrible customer service. My parcel has been delayed for 3 months now. i was told it was going to take 10-15 working days but here we are, 3 months later and my parcel still hasn't been delivered. Been calling to ask about the update on the situation and i was practically yelled and insulted by their staff, extremely rude and unprofessional. For weeks now, they claim to have a solicitor working on it but there have been no proof of productivity. All i want is my parcel delivered. I'd give zero stars but this comment won't post without giving at least one cause so far so good, this company deserves
