The pickup service is not reliable, they will definitely dissapoint. I had some items to send via Sea, they posted an advert that sea cargo will leave on Monday. Turned out that Monday was a Bank Holiday, so they never loaded any sea cargo. So I request they come pickup on Tuesday. That Tuesday they said the driver went outside London that he can't make it, bare in mind I only leave 10mins away from their office. So I said it's fine that the driver can come the next day, as far as it would leave with the sea cargo. On Wednesday now the driver called saying that it maybe today or Thursday. He never

These guys are the worst to use! My friend used to use them till December last year when they misplaced and delayed her shipment from UK to Nigeria without any communication or even reasonable talk! They will promise you heaven and earth, don't fall for it! She went back to them again 2weeks ago after pleads from them and guess who has been disappointed again! Haha! Correct! Avoid these guys please!!!!!
