This company is totally a waste of your time, they told me the package I sent would be received in Pakistan within 6-8 weeks it has been more than that and still did not receive. There are 3 numbers to call provided on the receipt but none of them answer and send to direct voicemail. They are extremely hard to reach and when they do reply to you, they say we will let you know the next day, that next day never came. Very terrible service, would not recommend to anyone!

Fraudsters They opened all of my boxes and never bothered to pack them back properly, all of my cargo received broken and destroyed after 4 months of wait when they tell you 6 to 8 weeks . The company is full of lies and scam, and they charge you a fortune for a pathetic service. I will be taking a legal action against the company to recover my losses

A cargo service run by fraudsters. they took 450 pounds, yet my goods havent been delivered yet, the representatives over the phone are nothing but scam artists, they keep lying that they will give me an update, yet it has been three days, they keep postponing, their branch in pakistan, is of no use at all, they clearly denied association as well as any responsibility pertinent to their Uk branch. i am starting legal proceedings against this sham of a company, as no other recourse have been left to me.

WORST EXPERIENCE AND FRAUD Send a parcel from UK to Lahore with 110 chocolate boxes (8 bags). I was told that parcel will take 6-8 weeks. However after 10 weeks only 2 bags arrived at destination. During this time company didnt give me any arrival date. I was then told that remains 6 bags are coming in another shipment. Few days later I was told that my parcel is with customs and I cannot get them back. Euro Pak Cargo refunded my initial purchase price of chocolates however refused to refund SHIPPING CHARGES. According to them shipping charges are non-refundable. My parcel was lost because of their
