Firstly I'd better say that I am the fussiest person there is, and also a paint sprayer of 36 years. First class work, no cutting corners, no masking of trims etc, everything was removed as it should be. End result was spot on. Highly recommended, the only place I would want my car repaired if required again.

Extremely efficient and professional. Excellent communication. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. I am really pleased with the repairs to my bumper. Anyone looking at the car, wouldn't know that it had been damaged, as they have done such a great job. This is a huge relief, as it is a new vehicle. Thanks very much. Shocking. They dont even deserve a 1. Car went in for a tiny insurance claim dent and scratch. Whist there they messed up my passenger side electric door mirror and also messed up my keyless ignition. Tried to wriggle out of it by saying it wasnt their fault and by paying for my mot which was kind. But now it will cost me over 1000 if I choose to fix the problems they caused. Everything worked perfectly fine before they had the car. They said it was a coincidence that these two issues happened when the car was being repaired. No way. They messed them both up and refused to fix them. Even

My reasonably new Nissan X-Trail was damaged whilst parked on the drive, needless to say the person at fault left no details. My insurance company directed me to Brockford ARC and I was delighted as they had previously repaired another car of mine. The repair was superb, the blue metallic matched perfectly and body work perfectly aligned. I am so pleased and can't express my gratitude enough.
