After several years of a dedicated yoga practice, I am fitter, healthier, happier and generally in far better shape than I have been for years. It inspired me so much that I decided to take a yoga teacher training course so that I could share my joy with others. I continued to study, and now hold a Master's level Yoga Therapy Diploma and am recognised as a senior yoga teacher.
