The consultant Hayley is quite difficult to reach. Even if you pass your details one of her colleagues. It's rare that she will call you back. It was like that in January/February and it's still like that now. I have never been able to visit any single room with Agent Hybrid because they simply ignored me.

This agency is the worst agent I have rented a house from. They have terrible customer service, they claim to manage the property but would not fix the things in the property or deal with issues when needed. I would not recommend their services.

No I am not an anonymous troll with nothing better to do. I had a contract to live in your property and I made all the compliants to your company during my tenancy and nothing was done to address the issues. You need to do better with customer service and addressing issues when they make living in you property unpleasant. This is a for you to address
