As a letting agents I definitely DO NOT recommend.they do not look after the propertys their paid to.Ive lived in my home for over 15 years & since Ive had Duncan Phillips looking after the property,I never get anything fixed.I report things & they just ignore me.so then the jobs gets worse & end up costing the landlord so much more money which I feel is so wrong,seeing thats what they get paid for & is their job.so if you want your home looked after DO NOT use these to rent your property out.

UPDATE: Keith has called and apologises for not getting back to me. He has explained the set backs that are beyond his control. This is good and does give me a little bit more trust in them, for that I give them 2 more stars. I am still waiting to hear from Keith on an offer I've put in over a month ago. First time I went to see the property I was outside waiting for 10 mins, we knocked on the door no reply. So we called the office and the lady informed she would call the agent. Keith came out 2 mins after from the property. We went back to see the property a second time and at that point we placed

I initially spoke to Keith Boyden at Duncan Philips, as I had been trying to sell my property for over a year and had 2 separate offers that unfortunately fell through for one reason or another. I was getting very frustrated so decided to give him a go. I was pleasantly surprised when he managed to find me a potential buyer within 1 week of receiving the information and it being the first couple that he actually introduced .
Keith managed to sell my property very quickly where others had failed and seemed to have the experience needed to understand the target audience to approach. Very happy

Very unhelpful in answering some enquiries on the flat that I am currently selling that they manage the freehold for. Been waiting for months.
