Would not recommend as a student they will exploit you and make you feel small unless you get a 3rd party involved. They refused to give us our deposits back amounting to more than 2200 collectively at end of tenancy. Was told house was dirty, we broke a bed and wardrobe and that rent of 600 was still outstanding so they were going to take the rest which is more that 1600 as payment for their losses. We moved into the house with the bed and wardrobe damaged I then replaced the bed and they still deciced to charge us for both of these which is ridiculous as I literally paid ro replace the

Absolutely joke of the agency! Trying to take advantage of the Tenants. I have moved to the property more than 3 years ago . It was old bungalow with my grandmother's wallpaper lol
They was doing inspections every 3months and never any issues. Just after I moved out they decided do not refund deposit as they want me to pay for refurbishing the house. Absolutely insane as I have all the pictures from the day we moved in with all the damages they are now claiming I done lol try to avoid if possible.
