This shop is really deceiving from the front as it looks quite small but once you enter it is actually really big with a huge selection better than I have seen elsewhere. Staff are really helpful, fitters made an excellent job very professional and were a pleasure to have in the house. Could not fault this company at all would highly recommend.

We have used Swaffield Brothers since 1980 and we wouldnt use any other company. They are a small family run business with customer care at the forefront which you dont get with larger businesses. They have fitted carpets and hard flooring in two of our home including a difficult sweeping Georgian staircase and their fitters workmanship is always excellentThe shop has a great range of carpets and flooring to choose from, and you can take samples away too. Kelly and George have good knowledge about their stock so they can provide advice relating to what carpets are best for wear and tear

Good old fashioned customer service! To be perfectly honest we only popped into the sidcup shop to look at the large variety of Amtico samples they have on display (half with the Intension on finding the style we wanted and using someone else!)
We popped in on a Saturday afternoon and found George to be friendly and very helpful. His old school customer service made us feel at ease and we asked them for a quote. We had a few quotes and considering Swaffield Bros have all the overheads of a shops etc they were only 100 more expensive than the one man band we had in mind that operates out the

Recently completed installation of five flats with Kardeen Flooring. Can honestly say that I couldn't of asked for a better job. The fitter was great and even cleared all rubbish away every evening. Will defiantly use for next project.

First class service. Huge selection of all types of flooring in store we wanted carpets and hard floors so excellent they were all under one roof. Staff in shop knew their products, time frames were met, fitters were excellent pleasant to have in the house, reliable and standard of finish superb. Would have no hesitation in recommending and have done so with brilliant feedback.

Very pleased with all the new carpets in the house. The shop has a huge range of carpets on offer. Nothing was too much trouble for Kelly and we were able to take samples home before making our final choices. George, who came and measured, was able to make suggestions to us- as to the quality in relation to footfall, on the stairs etc. The fitters were very experienced and so carried out the work quickly and cleanly. A good old fashioned family business, that takes pride in their work and can be trusted. Thank you.
