Whether you are 16 or 80, if you want to get fit, improve your back health or maintain strength, flexibility and prevent injury for other sporting disciplines, whether this is your first time giving Pilates a try or you already practice pilates and want to fine tune your alignment and have some additional support to get the best from it, I can help you and would be delighted to hear from you.

My name is Lynn Perry and I have been teaching Pilates since 2009 having experienced significant personal benefit from practicing it myself after past injuries as a professional dressage rider were affecting me and making my life miserable.

The improvement in my own body and reduction in the pain I had been enduring were the inspiration for me to train to be a teacher and I am now passionate about helping people unlock their bodies and get moving.I am more aligned, my posture has improved, I am stronger from within, more flexible and also more toned.
What is Pilates

Pilates is a low impact form of exercise with controlled precise movements. It can work for everyone; first time exercisers, those needing rehabilitation after injury and yet can still challenge the skills and stamina of elite athletes. Pilates is particularly safe for those with back problems and is medically approved and recommended by physiotherapists, osteopaths etc.
Classes And Prices

Classes are strictly limited to a maximum of 12 in a class to ensure individual correction can be given and are moving in the correct alignment with good movement patterns. This is essential for you to gain the full benefit. Classes are booked in blocks of 6 at a regular day and time and cost 66 for the block.

I've been going to Lynn's Pilates classes for over three years. Before I started, I was worried that I might be too old (I'll be 64 this year) but was pleased to find I wasn't the oldest (or the most unfit!). I've never been able to find a group exercise class to suit me before but Pilates has been a great way to strengthen my core and make me more flexible, especially my back.
