I cannot praise Chris and his team highly enough. I have been taking my sewing machine and overlocker to them for several years and always so impressed by their friendly and incredibly efficient service. I would never go anywhere else. With their help I think my machines may see me out!!!!!!

Great service, Chris really goes the extra mile for people. A lot other suppliers feel like they don't have the time of day for you but Sewing Centre takes care with customers and has great communication.

If I could I would give "0" stars. Extremely disrespectful lady answered the phone. Unacceptably rude for someone you're trying to bring your business to. I called to make enquire for their procedure for service & repair of one of my sewing machines. I am willing and able to pay for their time for assessment in place however the lady on the phone insisted I send a picture, event thought I explained I am happy for them to take their time and not on a rush to have parts pre-ordered she got agitated and started speaking over me shutting me down insisting they CAN'T take my business without a picture

Excellent service. I bought two industrial machines, which were built and shipped all the way to me in Guernsey very speedily and in perfect condition. I was able to finish assembling them easily on my own and get straight back to business.

The team are so lovely and accommodating - they were so helpful in getting me set up with a new sewing machine and arranging the right courier - it arrived in perfect condition and works like a dream! Having been let down by another company I called The Sewing Centre and what a breath of fresh air it was, One phone and I have two industrial machines on order, 4 days later they were delivered (I'm in the channel islands otherwise it would of been quicker). I have had two user errors with the machines and both time Chris and his team fixed the issues over the phone, no hassle, no judgement, just a professional friendly service. We were so impressed we actually ordered another two machines from them.
