Our legacy began when Alterations Boutique Ltd was originally opened as a small East End tailoring company in 1983, before relocating to West End a few years later and becoming one the London's most successful specialists in alterations and tailoring. Those first few years would prove crucial to the growth of the company as the number of regular customers continued to increase together with growing demand for bespoke tailoring.

We believe in charging our customers fair and reasonable prices, therefore, we undertake regular research to ensure our rates are moderate. All fittings including the initial consultation are free and we would agree the cost with you prior to starting any work.

There are no hidden or extra charges and we perform all further adustments for free for example, if we reduce the size of your wedding gown and it still does not fit correctly when you try it on, we will not charge you again for working on the same area.There are many different ways of creating a christening gown but it has increasingly become fashionable to create a baby's christening gown by incorporating parts of your wedding dress.
