I have never experienced that before, and I am so disapointed by the customer service that I have to write my first review. So to sum up I had to order 3 times the same item online, to at the end not get it! First one have been voided somehow by my bank (Never happened to me in 6 years ???) So they told me to try with Paypal which I did, then the size that I ordered wasn't available anymore, then they told me that "oh sorry we can't send you your item at a different bill adress and delivery one. due to our security policy, what a joke. At least they refund instantly.
