PLEASE AVOID!!! Ive brought here two watches (one Lotus and one Larsson & Jennings) and they quoted around 12 each battery. The next day I found myself with a bill of 45 because they claim that this Lotus model is very expensive (their average RRP is 150) and therefore my watch needed an expensive battery! Im never coming back here, this never happened to me at their Oxford Circus store. Id give cero stars review if I could.

The key did not work and they refused to replace it because they only have a 7 day return policy. It's a standard 5 lever deadlock key, it doesn't seem like the hardest key to cut. Also cost 7, there are cheaper places in soho.
