Brilliant service, came out nice and quickly, fixed the problem despite me giving him the wrong information initially, then diagnosed the fault to prevent reoccurrence (without being asked to and for the same fee)

I found this company through an advertisement on the Red Card and it said no call out charge. But beware. Keith was at my house for 5 minutes and Ive been charged 95 + Vat. I think a reasonable person would have felt pretty wrong about charging for the full hour when all he had to do was remove a few stones. 114 to move some stones from a drain. I would have much rather paid a small call out charge. Lesson learned. Daylight robbery. He was not very nice to deal with either. When I said, dont you care about repeat business or recommendations he said Ive got plenty of business
