As a team we have over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, and we believe we are at the cutting edge of the fitness industry. We have been the first in town to embrace new training methods as we realised that a one size fits all approach does not work for our clients. The programmes our clients take part in have been designed by us and are bespoke to dillons.

Richard has been involved in the fitness industry since 1998. After graduating with an HND and BSc in Sport Science Richard has worked within the corporate, commercial and private fitness sectors. After settling in Ilkley in 2003 Richard started his private personal training business, and has established himself as a well-known, respected and trusted figure within the fitness circles in Ilkley.

Dillons was originally started by Richard and Gail Dillon in 2010. Five years in 2015 later saw a change of premises to the current studio on The Grove Promenade. The business has seen much change and it is now run by twin brothers Richard and Jon Dillon. Over the years we have had the pleasure of coaching and training thousands of Ilkley residents.

We offer 3 types of Personal Training, each offering a different level of coaching. All new clients start with a 14 Day Free Trial before progressing to a Full Membership. All our Personal Training can be conducted online or on site or a combination of the two depending on what you need! Each of our services begin with a Diagnostic Consultation to help us establish your starting point.
Small Group Personal Training

Our most popular programme is Small Group Personal Training, where you train in small groups of up to 6. Our clients agree with us that working in a small group is far more motivating and fun than training alone. Having a familiar group to meet and train with makes every session something to look forward to, provides camaraderie and drives friendly banter and light hearted but helpful competition to push you further.
