I was having problems receiving post during the lockdown, and so a birthday card that I had ordered from Paper Salad got lost in the post. Their customer service was so incredibly attentive that I ordered more cards from them again soon after, and can confirm they are beautiful and of an extremely high quality! Yes the card and envelope made me smile too, writing on the paper did not. Doesn't like ink pens! Such a disappointment for the cost. TR1001
