
Our team of passionate bakers produce a huge range of artisan bread & cakes with traditional methods. From a range of natural, wild yeast Sourdough loaves, to our famous sticky lardy cakes; everything is hand crafted with the best quality local wheat, time & care. We also share our knowledge on our one day Bread Making Courses held at our bakery in Wheatley, Oxfordshire.

In 1972 my father, Derek, opened Cornfield Bakery in the heart of Wheatley. As the business has progressed over the years, we've extended the shop to make space for a lovely fine food section and moved the majority of our production to a small unit in Long Crendon. A beautiful 1500's building situated in award winning historical town, Thame, was the perfect addition to our family.
