4u Pilates & Wellbeing
4U Pilates & Wellbeing was created by Zoisa Holder in 2018 to offer a whole body approach to health and fitness. Passionate about dance and frustrated with the support to regain mobility after her own operations, Zoisa sought out and learnt new treatments and techniques to regain her bodies previous strength and flexibility.

Through her instruction, Zoisa teaches you to listen to and understand your body, and to work with it. Zoisa proactively creates sessions tailored to your wellbeing. Good health and wellbeing is the ability to live a life with vitality and joy, where every individual can realise their own potential, cope with the normal stresses of life, work productively and fruitfully, make a contribution to their community and thrive.

Pilates & Movement
Report
Exercise develops muscular strength, flexibility, endurance, balance and co-ordination to facilitate moving with ease, flow and grace. Classes & Private sessions use the Pilates Reformer Tower and smaller apparatus - balls, bands, rings, hand weights and foam rollers to support and challenge movements.
Restorative Treatments
Report
If you are experiencing excess strain, tension, limited movement range, achy stiff joints, muscle cramps, or postural imbalances, a restorative program can help to create change, release compression and restore balance. Our range of massage treatments, Reiki and Touch 4 Health help to balance physical, emotional, mental and biochemical health.
MELT Method

The MELT Method (MELT) is a simple self-treatment that reduces chronic pain and helps you stay healthy, youthful and active for a lifetime. New research has revealed the missing link to pain-free living: a balanced nervous system and healthy connective tissue. These two components work together to provide your body architectural support and optimal mind-body communication.
Wells

Located near the Wells Rugby club, the Wells studio has free parking and is easily accessible from South Horrington, Shepton Mallet, Wookey, Dulcote and Coxley. The studio is well ventilated and spacious with natural light, ground floor access and in beautiful surroundings to provide the perfect environment for your training.
