Hi all, I would just like to thank Jo Oram and the Team at Castle House Nursing Home for making a very difficult journey for my family, a very smooth transition. My fathers health deteriorated significantly over Christmas 2020 and having made the difficult decision, Jo was very warm and helpful in supporting a member of the village and showing… great community spirit. Dad is settled, and the team wanted to know his likes and interests and showed interest him as an individual and not just another arrival. My family know he is now receiving the level of care and support he needs in his final

This place goes above and beyond - the team here took in my mum and dad , a few years ago, now - they both had their difficulties - and helped them (and me) through their final journey. With great understanding, and a fair deal of love and laughs. I commend them to you.

Outward appearance is lovely and most of the staff are great.......until the inevitable end. End of life care for family is non-existent and thanks given by the family was unappreciated and unacknowledged. So sad that no-one attended my Grandmother's funeral despite promising to. It makes me question the motives of the management of this expensive home.
