We will however, continue to regulate the amount of people within our reception areas, so we ask that you still ring the surgery when you arrive in the car park and the reception staff will advise you from there.
Vet consults will be prioritised and will be invited into the surgery by the attending vet, over the counter sales may still be dealt with in the car park if the reception area has reacted its capacity. If your pet is ill after the surgery is closed in most instances you will be seen by one of our own regular vet team in our own surgery, 24 hour care with this continuity can be difficult to find. Many of our vets have further qualifications in their own areas of interest, including small animal surgery, small animal medicine and endoscopic procedures.
