Services
Pet Nutrition
Report
We believe that nutrition is an important part of keeping pets healthy and can also play a vital part in the treatment of some illnesses. This is why we stock a select range of cat and dog pet food in practice, helping to take the faff out of pet food for our clients by recommending diets that have been scientifically created to provide optimal nutrition, which tastes great!
Vet Clinics
Report
Whatever your concern is with your pet, book them in for an appointment to see the vet. As well as their expertise in diagnosing and treating problems, they can also advise on all aspects of health and preventative care. We recommend all pets come in for an annual health check. This allows us to detect any problems early so we can give appropriate treatment and then schedule regular check-ups.
Diagnostic Tests
Report
Diagnosing what is wrong with your pet can be challenging as they cannot tell you what is hurting or how they feel. We have in-house tests including ultrasound scanning, digital x-ray, laboratory machines for in-house blood testing and a blood pressure monitor to help pinpoint areas of concern. If our in-house diagnostic techniques are not sufficient, we have a wide range of experts we can refer your pet to.
Repeat Prescriptions
Report
Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by telephone, in person at the surgery or by email. Prescription drugs can only be given to those pets deemed 'under our care'; therefore a veterinary surgeon must have examined your pet in the last 3-12 months (depending on ailment or medication) in order for us to dispense such drugs.
Surgery
Report
Surgery can be a scary thought, but rest assured that our team are here to ensure that your pet's stay with us is as stress-free as possible. Prior to surgery, your pet will receive a thorough check-over to assess their health status. We may then recommend pre-operative blood testing - this will give us a more complete picture of your pet's health and will allow us to tailor the anaesthetic they receive.
