Our HETAS registered installers are fully trained with years of experience in the fitting and servicing of wood burning & multi fuel stoves.

Although we much prefer to do a survey before we send an email quotation, We can sometimes complete this via email. We would always then do a survey and smoke test prior to work commencing. If you wish to recieve an email quotation please attach an image of your existing hearth & chimney with details of the stove you like and what style you want the hearth.

As is the case with the internet nowadays, some people like to purchase there own multi fuel stove to take advantage of cost savings and also to take part in the online purchasing experience. At Village Stoves & Fires we are happy to install a stove that has been purchased online or from another dealer as long as it is CE approved and meets HETAS guidelines.
Flue Lining

Village Stoves & Fires always recommend that your chimney or flue should be re-lined before fitting a wood burning or multifuel stove. This protects against the harmful gases that could be escaping from your existing stack should the masonry be in a poor state. Our flue lining installers will always recommend the correct flue liner for a specific job.

Village Stoves & Fires use CAD software to generate drawings of our customer's ideas, this freedom gives the customer complete control over the size and design of the hearth, taking into consideration the size of room, the output of stove required and the style of fireplace chosen. A full specification drawing down to the smallest detail is available on request.
