My son tried to clear the table and dumped my MacBook Pro on the floor. The screen smashed. I took it down the next day and the repair only took a couple of days and before I knew it I was back with my beloved MacBook Pro. Incidentally I have a son available

Where to begin? Putting it shortly I would never use these again.... I initially called for a repair of a glass screen and LCD replacement for an iPad 7th Gen to be told it would be 99 for parts and labour (cheapest anywhere I could find). I took it down the same day and was greeted by the man on the phone. The man then began to try and belittle me in front of the other customers and staff (very rude and zero customer service!). He then went on to say "I quoted somebody 99 for the replacement of glass and an LCD on a iPad 2nd Gen" and just constantly smirked throughout the exchange. He didnt
