We primarily cover Norwich, North East Norfolk, South East Norfolk, and parts of Suffolk within a 15-mile radius of our Martham showroom.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, we provide free, no-obligation quotations for all carpet, vinyl, and LVT flooring projects.
Are your fitting services included in the price?
Yes, our all-inclusive pricing covers supply, delivery, expert fitting, underlay, and furniture movement.
Can you fit flooring purchased elsewhere?
Unfortunately, we only offer fitting services for floor coverings purchased through Whittaker Carpets to maintain quality standards.
What types of flooring do you supply?
We offer carpets from Axminster and Ulster, vinyl floors from Avenue and Rhinofloor, and LVT from Cavalio and Karndean.
Is subfloor preparation included?
Yes, thorough subfloor preparation including moisture checks, levelling, and underlay installation is included in all projects.

My parents recently had new flooring laid and it's absolutely amazing! They loved that the firm was family run, and were so pleased with the professionalism, efficiency, and punctuality of the workers. Really pleased we chose Whittaker carpets to fit new flooring to our bathroom and bedroom, very professional and friendly company nothing was to much trouble they removed the old carpet and took it away and also helped to move some furniture out of the room would definitely use them again.

I don't often write reviews but wanted to say how impressed we were with this family business. We had new lounge and carpet stairs and underlay fitted, excellent quality and finish, lovely British made carpet. I will certainly recommend them to friends, thank you again.

Brilliant service, nothing seemed to much! Friendly workers, very helpful from start to finish when fitting 2 bathroom vinyls for my parents. Very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend!
