Very disappointed. They are charging Harley Street rates (100 for wax removal) and promising Harley Street service (photographic evidence that the ear canal is entirely free) as part of "hour long treatment". I received cursory treatment lasting about three minutes and was then told my ears were clear, without any evidence to show this. Will never return.
