We are a multidisciplinary referral centre based in Ringwood, Hampshire, offering a wide range of specialist services. We have recognised specialists in the fields of anaesthesia, cardiology, dermatology, internal medicine, oncology, neurology, orthopaedics, diagnostic imaging, spinal surgery, soft tissue surgery and an animal physiotherapy team.

At SCVS, our anaesthesia service is led by Specialists and a Residency trained Clinician in Veterinary Anaesthesia & Analgesia (Pain Management), supported by Anaesthesia Residents, Interns and Anaesthesia Nurses. The priority of our team is to ensure the safety and comfort of your pet before, during and after procedures whilst they are with us.

Telephones are manned 24/7 by nurses and/or interns who will be available to arrange an emergency appointment with the clinician on call. SCVS offers a seamless referral service with world class treatment that is second to none. Referral forms should be accompanied by a full medical history, including laboratory results and radiographs if possible.
Video Consults
Report
If it's not possible for you to attend the practice but you need some advice or your pet is unwell, we can offer you a video consultation. We would always prefer to see you face to face, but understand this is not always possible in the current circumstances. Step 1: Phone us and advise the receptionist that you'd like to arrange a video consultation.
