Please do not send your loves ones to Longmead court. My father died from covid-19 at Longmead and was not hospitalized. When we asked why we were told, 'we cannot tell you'. Whilst my father was sick and dying his family members -children,siblings- were not even given a phone call. I had to find out about my fathers death through Facebook 10 days later, by which point an estranged 'family' member of my fathers had already arranged his funeral, making it 'password protected' so our family are not allowed to attend or participate. All of this after being assured that I was my fathers first contact
