Totally blown away to how wonderful this care home is. My mum is here and every member of staff makes the team force outstanding. Love the mixture of ages that care for the residents , they show them grace and dignity. I know my mum is in safe hands and am truly thankful to you all. And I highly recommend this care home.

No uniform? Caravan in car park and night staff overwhelmed with too many patients.
2 - 3 staff at night for all the patients. Isint that breaking the law???? Staff heard shouting and swearing at other staff members and managers can't seem to do anything important if needed too. Eg emails or things to sort for people

The staff at this home go above and beyond to meet the needs of the elderly whom are in their care. They are always happy, supportive and genuinely care about all of the residents!
