Absolutely shocking service from start to finish. Extremely glad that we haven't got to deal with Mike anymore. Very unprofessional and extremely rude! (especially towards women) Would strongly advise anyone thinking of using him to think again! If I could put minus on the star rating I would!

This firm is one to avoid
Mike is not what he first appears to be,the nice old bumbling persona hides the truth,he is rude,arrogant and the service he provides is reflected in this
He had the perfect Tennant for me super quick,it turned out to be the worst 6 months of my lengthy rental portfolio,creating stress,confusion and all this completely biased toward the Tennant,even when the Tennant removed a window from my property and caused hundreds of pounds of damage he still sided with them
After full payment,he refused to act on my behalf with the recovery of my deposit,being again rude

Mike now handles all my Lettings. He always responds quickly, gives good advice and handles tenants well. His vetting has proved effective and 3 years down the line I have not had any real problems. Its much better to deal with someone whos income is directly related to the service he provides, rather than employees in a large office. Would definitely recommend
