Second time we have used Hayley Darley in 14 months. She remembered us and understood how devastating another premature death was for our family. She manages to be professional and personal at the same time. The dignity afforded to my twin sister was combined with warmth and a great deal of empathy. Her lovely mum is wonderful too. I cant thank them enough.
