Kindness and compassion in abundance.

I requested an additional inscription for my mothers headstone just before Lockdown and although it was short notice it was completed in good time for the planned get together. Every thing was done by phone and email as I live in Dorset.Unfortunately we were unable to travel to visit Harrogate cemetery.
Niel and Sonya were so kind and sent me a photo of the headstone to share with the family. It looks great! I would like to say that the customer care and service was excellent. Every contact I had with Niel & Sonya was professional and caring . Thank you
