Charles was excellent at navigating the ups and downs of buying a house during Covid times. He went way above the call of duty chasing absent solicitors and counter-parties to help close the purchase of our house. My wife and I recently had contact with Phillips Smith and Dunn when we moved to Braunton from West Wales, buying a property being marketed by this company. The video showed the house to its very best potential and advertised on national websites. From the outset the staff were friendly and helpful guiding us through to a successful transaction in quick time. Visits to the property were arranged smoothly for us at our convenience given the distances involved. They took the stress out of things.
