Unprofessional (was not at property at appointment time, in fact had gone back to office, despite having changed time while I was en-route), ill-informed (professed to be unaware of vital planning application), condescending attitude from Howard Douglas when I made a complaint. Go elsewhere!

We sold our mothers house through Howard Douglas and they were brilliant. I can't thank them enough for their commitment. All through the pandemic they escorted prospective purchasers even though my mother could not. They were very professional and kept in regular contact. All the staff are lovely and very helpful.
