Kaya Lodge is based at Lewis Farm, where we aim to provide you with a unique and exclusive camping experience.
There is currently a single canvas lodge, beautifully appointed with authentic African pieces combined with bespoke fixtures and furnishings. Set in a glorious meadow with stunning views of the surrounding countryside, you will have the opportunity to experience camping at its most glamorous. Offering you time to take a breath of fresh air, slow down, indulge in the wilderness and get close to the nature that surrounds you.

As a family run business we take great pride in what we are offering and do our best to create a unique camping experience. Matt has lived in Suffolk, on the farm (he was born in the farmhouse), for almost all of his life. Only leaving for a few years, to travel and settle briefly in Hertfordshire, before returning to run the family business with his brother.

Every detail has been carefully considered to give you a unique and memorable camping experience - from our large beds with Egyptian cotton bed linen, to the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating in the living area. There is also an immaculate shower room and separate flushing WC room. Once you've finished relaxing outdoors and gazing at stars, why not get cosy on the sofa with a good book and glass of wine.

Day visitors are welcome during your stay but you must please inform us prior to their arrival. There is a charge of 4 per visitor (over the age of 18) per day, payable by you or by the visitor. Day visitors are not permitted to stay overnight (unless by prior arrangement - see below) and should vacate the site by 10:00pm.

We are very centrally situated, so many of Suffolk's attractions can be reached in under an hours drive. Listed below are just a few, however a more detailed list can be found in the welcome pack in the lodge. The Owl Sanctuary operates a comprehensive facility for the care and rehabilitation of owls from the region, and the promotion of Owl conservation throughout the UK and beyond.

Ideally situated in mid suffolk along the A1120 Tourist Route, most of Suffolks attractions are within an hours drive of the Lodge. Leave the A14 at junction 51. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A140 signposted Norwich. Turn right on to the A1120 to Stonham Aspal. Continue for about 1/4 of a mile after you have left the village turning right onto the drive.
