Physiotherapy
Our musculoskeletal physiotherapy addresses back pain, joint issues, and sports injuries through manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy. Treatments improve mobility, reduce pain, and accelerate recovery for patients of all activity levels. Each plan combines clinical expertise with patient-specific goals to ensure long-term results.
Women's Health
Specialist women's health physiotherapy manages incontinence, pelvic pain, and pregnancy-related conditions. Internal examinations and tailored pelvic floor exercises restore function post-childbirth or menopause. Evidence-based techniques align with NICE guidelines to address prolapse, bladder issues, and post-natal recovery without surgical intervention.
Pilates Classes
Led by physiotherapists, Pilates classes enhance core strength, flexibility, and posture. Sessions cater to beginners and those recovering from injury, combining mat work with equipment-based exercises. Online and in-person options ensure accessibility while preventing musculoskeletal issues and improving overall fitness.
Sports Massage
Targeted sports massage alleviates muscle tension, improves circulation, and aids injury recovery. Techniques like trigger point therapy and myofascial release address overuse injuries and post-exercise soreness. Combined with stretching, this service enhances athletic performance and reduces injury recurrence.
Acupuncture
Western acupuncture complements physiotherapy for chronic pain, migraines, and tendonitis. Fine needles stimulate natural painkillers, reducing inflammation and muscle tightness. This evidence-based approach integrates with exercise therapy to manage conditions like osteoarthritis and repetitive strain injuries.

Chi Physio is an excellent clinic, I can't recommend Helena enough. She is very thorough, and talks you through your physiology, which is really helpful. She is a magician with the rehab and massage. I am on a gentle road to get back into running after a longstanding knee injury that I ignored for too long, and I'm making amazing progress with Helena. I will continue to visit her for physio and pilates even after my knee heals, hoping to progress my running and cycling, and work towards a few events next year.

I cant recommend this practice highly enough. Louise helped me with a herniated disk in my neck a few years ago, and I now have regular sessions (plus Pilates), to help prevent issues recurring and to provide support in aid of my gym routine. Being 47 and having had a sit-down job for the past 20-plus years has had a negative impact on my back and posture and Louise has helped both correct and prevent issues going forward. The difference is night and day. Would recommend to anyone.

I recently had a Postnatal musculoskeletal and pelvic floor MOT check with Vanessa. Even though my babies are 5 and 8, I wanted to check everything was OK and to see what additional areas I should focus on. Vanessa was very knowledgeable, made me feel very comfortable and explained everything so I was at ease during the exam. Highly recommend all post-natal women should have a check up and with Chichester Physiotherapy.

Louise responded to my request for a home visit as I am bedridden with a back spasm. She was extremely professional and helpful in her conduct. She was an angel in my agonising condition and went beyond her consultation to even speak to ANE and do a referral letter to the GP for me. I can't thank Louise enough for her help. It's wonderful to have this kind of service from a practice. Thank you so much! Regards Carla Williams
