Had an issue with a recently supplied washing machine. My interaction with Andy was very productive and very helpful. Matter resolved with an engineer attending to replace the item, he was also a credit to your company. Would definitely recommend due to the aftercare received..other companies take note, not just our money.!! Well done and many thanks..

I contacted 1st Call on the weekend re a broken electric oven and a broken washing machine. They called me back first thing on Monday as they said they would and arrived on time on the Wednesday morning on time as arranged. They were effective, efficient, clean and reasonably priced - all fixed within the hour. Excellent service!
