Called in to enquire about a replacement element I had bought elsewhere but didn't match the one in the oven. Had a very useful chat to discover the element I was replacing was not the original either, my replacement part was fine and I just needed to get the back off the oven to fix it. All sorted now, so no sale this time but a 5 star review.

Malcolm is a friend of mine but also probably the best washing machine guy in the Midlands. I wouldn't use anyone else.
