Last 3 times that I have tried to get a repeat prescription from here there has been problems. Last time was told if you cannot come and get it yourself { I am shielding due to Covid} then send a taxi to get it. Time before that delivery was arranged but their guy just didn't deliver to me and I desperately wanted items for my conditions. But today they were very rude to me and my wife about a repeat prescription which I had previously phoned up to check was ready and then they say they need to speak to my doctor come back in 5 hours time....then lied about what they said to my wife whilst she

Booked appointment for flu jab 2 weeks ago just to be told today that there were none left. When asked, why they didn't call back to cancel as I could book in surgery or somewhere else? I just heard rude answer that she has no time to call back 500 people. I was rudely told that they don't have any vacinnes over 2 weeks already. Then I asked, why do you take the bookings and wasting patients time as this doesn't make sense?, instead saying "we don't have any and let us book in another place?"
