The kamsons pharmacy in theale, is disappointed had my son with me went in their for prescription medicine no one in their 15 mins later still waiting u have 4 of them in the back talking and just being very slow, as soon as a guy walks in for his drug medicine they get that so quick and I’m still waiting 25 mins later, Debbie who works their is… very rude and arrogant and thinks by being dismissive that she was smug, I hope all ur customers are treated the same with ur attitude Debbie, I would never recommend anyone to come to this chemist u should change ur attitude when u are a

The staff in kamsons birch hill are amazing, they go above and beyond the call of duty, everytime I go to the pharmacy they cant do enough to help, I had a massive panick, when my blood sugars went really high, my doctor prescribed me the right insulin, because they knew I needed it fast they sorted it straight away, so thank you from the bottom of my heart

Great service at Kamsons' Clarins counter this week. Assistant helped me choose products, gift wrapped and popped in a couple of lovely free samples! The price was cheaper than the competition too. My daughter in law was delighted and so was I. Thank you, will definately be shopping locally again.

Make sure staff listen to the client when part of the prescription is missing and not to be insistent that they downloaded everything off the spine without first checking that that is the case. and then leaving the client with unknown delivery time. this is not the first I have had issues with my local kamson.
