Atrocious, I came into the pharmacy in anaphylactic shock trying to get antihistamine and the staff would not even look at me. When I was paying, the cashier was fully turned away from me and I didnt even know if she knew I was there. After I left with my incredibly overpriced antihistamine I collapsed against the pharmacy wall as I couldnt breathe and my also 15 year old friend had to call an ambulance for me whilst the rude lady at the counter gawked at me through the window without offering any assistance whatsoever. If it were not for two nice men who told my friend the address the ambulance

This Pharmacy is full of rude staff staff. Incredibly arrogant. I spoke to 3 staff over the phone trying to solve a simple issue with Covid test, and they were all rude. They didn't want help and were unwilling to help. Their language was very patronising and misplaced. It is beyond me that people who are presumed to help other can behave in such primitive way. I do not advise anybody to use their service. Find other jobs if you stressed.

The middle aged lady at the the chemist is very rude. Her mannerism is poor. Please ask your gp to send you prescription else where and choose wisely where you decide to spend your money. There are other chemist around the area with better CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They think charging 4 for 50ml of hand sanitizer is acceptable. When I pointed out that was very expensive I was told "good luck getting it anywhere else"
