We were looking for a new place to live in and we chose to go with Kings Estates because they had the best looking properties in the area,
The Negotiator Melissa was very nice and professional and didn't do anything that would have put us off going with Kings Estates
We were always kept in the loop if anything changes or what the next steps were for things too

The staff at Kings have all been really great, giving me a lot of their time in trying to help me find my next home. They always responded promptly and did their best to accommodate the viewing times I requested and supplied replies to my queries by asking vendors . If you are selling Id say they go the extra mile in promoting a property to a buyer. Definitely recommend.
