I found Flackwood Solicitors very easy to deal with, we used them for Lasting Power of Attorney and Will, all the legal jargon is explained in very simple terms and in a way that we could understand which made the whole process less complicated than need be, which I think the general public would mostly appreciate . They are reasonably priced, very efficient and their communication skills are faultless. Nothing is too much trouble and in our case when sudden changes need to be made the whole process was done very smoothly and professionally. We will be returning customers without doubt !

I was recommended Flackwoods a number of years ago when I I required help with family matters. The telephone communication from the outset was courteous and helpful. When I met with Ian I found him extremely proffessional and responsive. I have now used Flackwood's services on a number of occasions regarding Power of Attorney and Will matters. I am not the sort of to approach strangers and had put it off for ages, due to my mental health issues. But after meeting Ian, boy I wish I had done it earlier. He was very understanding of my issues and talked me through everything and made me feel comfortable. The whole process was a breeze and done very promptly, thank you Ian so much and I would definitely recommend in the future.
