Helping clients who are obviously in the wrong. Assisted their client with a series of mistruths with no evidence as a scare tactic. As other people have said, they cluster bomb the alleged offender with mail and emails yet they dont take any presented information from you seriously, or even ignore many questions that you ask. Extremely aggressive approach and they lost the battle because they represented a client who was completely dishonest. The case was then left open and they are trying to claim legal costs from me from the previous case even though a claim was never made because my evidence
