When my Dad needed to review his will and explore Powers of Attorney, it was a challenging time and very important it was approach in the right way, to give him all the reassurance he needed. Andy Price was extremely careful to ensure he understood everything as well as being calm and patient. When my Dad passed on Andy was there to help through the probate stage - which went seamlessly. We have know also done our wills and Powers of Attorneys as this is an essential part of living!

Disgusted by my attempts to get my mothers house first registered. Nov 2015 they took the original documents and £474.00. Sold the house Jan 2016 kept chasing finally found out the deeds were not sent to Land Registry until 24th March by a third party in Lincoln that Just Wills had sent them to. Kept chasing as in danger of losing buyers. Deeds… were lost as not sent even recorded delivery. Finally located last week in the Welsh office of Land Registry. Buyers now agreed to purchase unregistered luckily. They have refunded the money but nothing forthcoming for all the time grief and
