I have been attending this surgery for 23 years and have always been treated with respect and empathy (except one notable occasion about 12 years ago when a receptionist took it upon herself to tell me I needed to sort my life out and tell me how efficient she had been with small children. I forgot to ask her if she had suffered the same debilitating condition that I had.)
Anyway, the GP's and nurses have been nothing but exemplary, thoughtful and kind. They have covered all options and offered support when required. I have even been called at home in the evening to check everything was okay.

Mother in law went there and the staff member was extremely rude to her, she needed help and the staff told her " it's not my problem " very horrible human being. This was a middle aged lady at the reception. When you are old and need help I hope you get the same service as you give.

Lets start with one basic question. Who are General practitioners (GPs)? GPs focus on the health of the whole person (patient) combining physical, psychological and social aspects of care. Do you get this from GPs in this clinic? No. Let me tell you the importance about Mental Health and how serious this could be when the GP is not even listening to One properly, because GP will probably be late for his tea tonight... Because of such ignorant GPs, mental health stage is turning into mental illness in so many patients. Hopefully, this will be noticed one day. How do you sleep when doing your

I only live across the road from here Bishop's Park surgery. Might as well be on the moon.
Econsult doesn't work at weekends. So let's get on with real issues, Covid 19 or 20 is an excuse to do part time at GPS
Cannot contact until Monday morning... God bless.

This GP surgery has got to be the worst service experience any patient can ever receive. Something as simple as scheduling appointments or calling back a nurse or a doctor if you've missed their call is a nightmare!!! I don't understand why calls from doctors and nurses cannot be fixed at a mutually agreed time. For someone who is always on work calls, it is extremely difficult to answer calls at odd times from the clinic. Half my stress is because of such a terrible appointment system with this clinic. If you are reading this, can you please make this process easier for your patients?
