Holistic therapies have been practiced globally for hundreds of years in ancient Egypt, China and India and are believed to support and underpin care for the whole person, mind, body and spirit. I have over two decades of experience in both Europe and the Caribbean studying and practicing to help many individuals to recover from debilitating injuries and trauma.

I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists holding both level 2 and level 3 ITEC Diplomas in Beauty Therapy and Nutrition.
