Nobody looks forward to going to a garage. The anxiety and uncertainty of an unexpected repair bill is never a pleasure. In 2004 our founder set out to try and address this and promised to make sure anyone who visited his garage left feeling informed not bewildered, and satisfied not underwhelmed.
